I have a server that BITS keeps stopping. I noticed this service is a delayed start and it may be normal for the service to stop if no updates from WSUS etc.. the problem is, I'd expect all servers to have the same issue, but I do not. Or at least my server manager has not alerted me to the issue on other servers in my environment.
